Introduction

Established as a privately run junior college in the first place, the University turned into a government run institute of technology on July 1, 1992. At the same time, the Accounting Office was established as a unit fully in charge of the university annual budget, accounting, internal auditing, among other things. Taking the order from the Ministry of Education (MOE) in 1998, the University was chosen as one of the first two junior colleges authorized to operate with its own University fund. Since then, the Office has been keen to boost fund operation and office automation in terms of accounting business. Apart from that, an on line budgetary control system, designed to speed up the administrative procedures, has been available sine the fiscal year 1999.

Mission

The mission of the Accounting Office is to provide quality services and transparent budgetary administration to all the University members so as to back up teaching and research. The Office strives to facilitate the accounting managing process through simplified administrative process.
